Returns & Exchanges


Regular Season Return Policy:


We will gladly accept returns and exchanges that are postmarked back to us within 14 days of your receipt. 

  • Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been 'tried' or worn is considered used and cannot be returned. All items must be new, unused, not washed, have their original tags and packaging still attached and must show no signs of wear or damage. 
  • Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Electrical parts: non-returnable
  • Clearance Items: Final sale, non-returnable 


We offer two return/exchange options:


1) Free in-store returns & exchanges at our Gimli Manitoba store location.

2) Ship your item back to us;

  • Please email us at [email protected] notifying us of your intent to refund or exchange.
  • Please include a paper copy of your email and proof of purchase with your returned item. 
  • Once approved, then your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • We will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed. 
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a traceable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns, and we cannot guarantee receipt without a delivery signature.

Return or Refund Eligibility:

  • Items must have been purchased from Chudds PowerSports
  • All items must be new, unused, not washed, have their original tags and packaging still attached and must show no signs of wear or damage. 
  • Items must be returned with all manufacturers packaging and put in an external shipping box. Anything sent back to us without an external shipping box is breaking our refund/exchange policy and will be, at your option disposed of or returned to you at your cost without refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
